How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Best Selection Automotive ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and sells pre-owned vehicles from 2759 Delk Rd, Marietta, GA 30067. This notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
We collect information you give us directly when you fill out a form on this site:
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or banking details through this website. If a lender needs that information to process a credit application, it will be collected separately and securely, not through this site.
If you apply for financing through us, we share your application with banks and finance companies so they can decide whether to offer you credit. That is the purpose of the application, and it cannot be completed without sharing it.
Apart from that, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the business (for example, the company that hosts this website or delivers our form submissions), and we may disclose it where the law requires it.
When you submit a form on this site, you consent to being contacted at the phone number you provide, including by call or text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling by telling us so directly. Withdrawing consent will not affect a purchase you have already made.
Because we help arrange vehicle financing, federal law treats us as a financial institution and requires us to maintain safeguards for customer information. We limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their job, and we keep physical and electronic protections in place.
We use two tools to understand how our website is being used, so we know which vehicles people are interested in and whether our listings are working.
Our own counter. When you open a vehicle page, or tap the phone number, the text link, or the financing link, we add one to a running total for that vehicle. We record only the vehicle and which of those four things happened. No cookie is set, and nothing is stored that could identify you.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which website or search sent them to us. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your device and browser type and your approximate location. We have turned on IP anonymization, and we have turned off the settings that would share our analytics data with Google for advertising or product-improvement purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser’s Do Not Track or cookie-blocking settings.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your browsing information with advertisers. Our hosting provider also records basic technical information, such as pages requested and approximate location, to keep the site running and secure.
To make any of these requests, call us at (404) 333-7344 or email demarioweems@yahoo.com.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
